Kazarman Complex is a complex of announced hydroelectric power plants in Kyrgyzstan.

The complex consists of the following projects:

• Alabukin hydroelectric plant
• Karabulun-1 hydroelectric plant
• Karabulun-2 hydroelectric plant
• Toguztorouz hydroelectric plant
