The Khairagura opencast expansion coal mine project of a 3.75 MTPA capacity operated over an area of 1217.50 Ha by Singareni Collieries Company Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India, is located in village Khairagura, Mandal Tiliyani, District Adilabad, State Telangana, India.

The projected first received its environment clearance for a capacity of 0.72 MTPA in 2004, and EC for an expansion to 3 MTPA in 2007[1] and then EC for further expansion to its current capacity to 3.75 MTPA in 2015.[2]
