From Global Energy Monitor

Background

In 2020 a small-scale LNG facility launched in Klaipeda which is operated by Orlen and owned by KN Energies. The facility has five tanks with a total capacity of 5,000 cubic meters, capable of storing 2,250 tonnes of LNG. LNG from the facility is transported to regasification facilities in northeastern Poland. LNG from the facility serves Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian markets.[1]
