Koc Metallurgical plant (Koç Metalurji A.Ş. (Turkish)) is an electric steel plant in Toprakkale/Osmaniye, Turkey.[1]

This steel plant was founded as Koç Çelik in 2013. In 2016, the name was changed to Koç Metalurji (Koc Metallurgy). Koç Rolling Mill (Koç Haddehan), which was founded in 1993 is also now part of Koç Metalurji.[1]


Koc Metallurgical plant halted production in September 2019.[2] The plant resumed operations in November 2019 at less than half capacity.[3]
