Background

Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation's (TCC) Kuan-Tien or Guan-Tien power station appears to have been designed to be fuelled primarily by sub-bituminous coal and old car tyres. It was also be designed to burn bituminous coal, sludge, tea leaves, and waste oil.[1][2][3]
