Kunming power station (华电昆明发电厂) is an operating power station of at least 600-megawatts (MW) in Biji Town Chejiabi Village, Xishan District, Kunming, Yunnan, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating.

Background
Kunming power station is a two-unit coal-fired power station totaling 600 MW. It was commissioned in 2005-2006. The plant is owned by China Huadian. Two smaller units were commissioned in 1987-8 and retired in 2008.[1]
