The Lakhisarai Bijlee Company is proposing to build the Lakhisarai Thermal Power Station, a 1320 megawatt coal-fired power station in the state of Bihar, India. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in 2015-16 with power to be sold to the Bihar State Electricity Board.[1]
Lakhisarai Bijlee Company was taken over by India energy giant NTPC in 2014.[2]
