The Bihar State Electricity Board is a public power generation, transmission and distribution ultility in the state of Bihar, India.

New projects

The BSEB has embarked on a major coal-fired expansion program, either through direct involvement in projects or by purchasing power from private generators. BSEB has also proposed the establishment of a nuclear power station.
