The power station is owned by Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Ltd and located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.[7]
Its coal-fired units were started up from 2002 to 2008.[8]
In December 2021, the Energy Bureau of Guangdong Province approved the energy-saving report for the coal-to-gas replacement project.[9]
