Background
Lianyungang-Yizheng Oil Pipeline 连云港-仪征输油管道
In December 2016, the project was listed as a key project in the 13th Five-Year Plan for Petroleum Development. The pipeline comprises two sections: the Lianyungang–Huai’an Oil Pipeline and the Huai’an–Yizheng Oil Pipeline.[3]
Lianyungang-Huai'an Oil Pipeline 连云港-淮安输油管道
In November 2023, the project received approval from the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission.[4]
On 20 October 2024, construction officially commenced.[6]
As of July 2025, 133 km of the pipeline had been completed, with overall construction progress exceeding 85%.[1]
Huai'an-Yizheng Oil Pipeline 淮安-仪征输油管道
The project has received approval but has not yet commenced construction.[5]
