Coal Mine Background

The Liuzhuang Coal Mine is operated by China Coal Xinji Energy CO., LTD. It was built in February 2003 with a designed production capacity of 8 million tons per year. It was completed and put into operation on October 16, 2006, and passed the national inspection and acceptance on June 23, 2007. In June 2012, the Liuzhuang Coal Mine's approved production capacity is 11.4 million tons per year.[1]
