Along with Piltun-Astokhskoye Oil and Gas Field (Russia), Lunskoye Oil and Gas Field is a part of the Sakhalin-2 Oil and Gas Project (Russia).

Lunskoye Oil and Gas Field is also sometimes referred to as Lunskoe.
