Background
As of February 2023, the project was in planning. The project has been in the works since 2017. It received a preliminary site plan approval from the City of Marshall, however the approval has since expired. The owner has not submitted any time extensions or further applications into the City of Marshall for review. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been set; however, the project was not expected to begin prior to 2024.[7] The project was still included in Form EIA-860 release in May 2024.[8] As of June 2024, there have not been any further updates.
