The Manuguru Opencast-IV coal mine project first started after converting Prakashmkhani-3 Incline underground mine and received its environment clearance for 1.5 MTPA on 6 December, 1996[1] and got environment clearance for an expansion to 3.5 MTPA on 10 December, 2014.[2]
