Manzhouli Dalaihu power station (华能满洲里热电厂, 华能内蒙古东部能源公司满洲里达赉湖热电) is an operating power station of at least 400-megawatts (MW) in Zhalainuo'er, Manzhouli, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as Shenzhen Manzhouli power station (Unit 1, Unit 2).

Background on Project
Manzhouli Dalaihu power station is a 400 MW coal-fired power station in Zhalainuo'er, owned by China Huaneng and Shenzhen Energy Group. It began operating in 2012.[4]
As of March 2023, a further two 350 MW units were in pre-permit development at Manzhouli Dalaihu power station.[5] An EIA technical review and a survey and design tender was issued in April[6][7].
In January 2024, the main machinery tender was issued[8], followed by site preparation and supervision tenders in March-April[9][10]. In June, the supervision contract was awarded[11]. In July, a tender for auxiliary equipment was issued[12], and a planning permit was publicized[13]. In September, the main construction and installation contracts were awarded[14], and the first concrete was poured on September 10[15]. In October, a re-tender for the coal conveying and auxiliary building construction was issued[16].
In 2025, a diesel generator set tender was issued in January[17], and a tender for piping supports was issued in February[18]. In March, the boiler steel structure for Unit 4 began hoisting[19]. In July, a tender for the flue gas heat recovery device was awarded[20]. In August, the boiler beam installation was completed and the chimney was topped out[21].
In January 2026, the generator stator for Unit 3 was hoisted[22]. In May, the boiler hydraulic test for Unit 3 passed[23], and the DCS system received power[24]. In June, the turbine cover for Unit 4 was completed[25].
