Background

Mawson Infrastructure Group began developing its Washington County facility at Fall Line Industrial Park in the summer of 2020. The initial 1-acre development was enlarged to cover 15 acres by April 2021. [1] The facility now has an operational capacity of 230 MW and sources its power from the Sandersville municipal utility service, a participant of the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG).[2][3] According to company data, around 75% of its used power comes from carbon-free energy sources.[4]
