Financing Details

At least one intercompany loan facility from Energy Market Authority was extended in 2022 (amout unknown).  To finance the intercompany loan, the Authority had borrowed floating-rate financing facilities from commercial banks and subsequently, sources deemed viable by the Authority (Note 18(i)).[9]
