Background
First phase was commissioned in 1934. In 2011 two combined cycle gas turbines with total capacity of 65 MW were commissioned: SGT-600 (Siemens) and CB 7.5-3.43/0.83/0.12 steam turbine, each. This reconstruction increased the capacity of the plant from 29 MW to 94 MW.[8]
