Background

The pipeline system extends approximately 760 miles from east Texas and northern Louisiana through the State of Arkansas and into the States of Missouri and Illinois. The pipeline system dates as far back as the 1920s. The pipeline consists of three branches: the “West Line” portion of the pipeline from east Texas to Perryville, Louisiana; the “Main Line” from Perryville to St. Louis; and the “East Line” from central Illinois to St. Louis.
