In October 2023, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Public Notice on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the 3900t/d Cement Clinker New Dry-Process Cement Production Line of Mizhi Jidong Cement Co., Ltd." The notice indicates that Mizhi Jidong Cement currently has a production capacity of 2000t/d and is planning a capacity replacement of 1900t/d, with the construction of a 3900t/d new dry-process cement clinker production line.
