Mokhir Cement IMCCMC Cement Plant (Джунгтсай Мохир цемент , "Чунгтсай Мохир цемент", Джунг-Цай Мохир Цемент), also known as International Manufacturing Co Chzhungtsai Mohir Cement), is an integrated cement plant operating in Yovon District, Khatlon, Tajikistan.

Background
The plant is one of the three largest cement plants in Tajikistan. Huaxin Gayur Sugd Cement Plant, Huaxin Gayur Cement Plant and Mokhir Cement IMCCMC Cement Plant, with 1.2 mtpa capacity each, account for approximately 72% of the national cement capacity production.[3] All three plants are Tajik-Chinese partnerships. Concerns were expressed over local ecology and potential effects of outsourcing Chinese cement production.[4]
