Background

Mt. Carmel Cogeneration Facility was previously owned by Foster Wheeler Ltd.[2] The power station is currently run by Mt. Carmel Cogen Inc. and burns anthracite-based waste coal (or “culm”) supplied by sister company Susquehanna Anthracite.[3][4]
