The Qingfu Line (庆抚线) has a diameter of 720 mm. The network consists of these lines:

  • Tieqin Line (铁秦线)
  • Panjin Line (盘锦线)

In October 2020 ownership of the pipeline network was transferred from CNPC to PipeChina.[5]
