Ordos-Anping-Cangzhou Gas Pipeline (鄂安沧输气管道（鄂尔多斯-安平-沧州）) is a coal gasification pipeline in China.

Background

The Ordos-Anping-Cangzhou gas pipeline was proposed in 2014. It received environmental approval in December 2016. The proposal included one trunk line, five branches and two collecting branches. It divided into three phases:

Phase I: segment of trunk line Luquan - Cangzhou, Puyang branch and Baoding Branch.

Phase II: segment of trunk line Shenmu-Luquan.

Phase III: Xinmeng branch, Jungger branch and Huaxing branch.

The goal of the pipeline is to deliver coal-to-gas from Ordos in Inner Mongolia to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. However, due to the slow construction of the coal-to-gas facilities in Ordos, the first phase of the pipeline is using Tianjin LNG as its gas source and Wen-23 Gas Depot as the emergency back-up source.

The first phase of the pipeline was commissioned in November 2018, and included 675 kilometers of pipeline. It was connected to the Tianjin LNG Terminal in April of 2019. The remainder of the pipeline is still in the proposed phase.

本工程包括一条主干线，五条支干线，两条上输支线，线路总长 2293km，输 气能力 300×108 m 3 /a。主干线起点位于榆林市神木县尔林兔乡的神木首站，终点为河北省沧州末站；支干线包括新蒙-神木的新蒙支干线，准格尔-神木的准格尔 支干线，华星-神木的华星支干线，安平-濮阳的濮阳支干线，安平-保定的保定支干线；上输支线包括河北建投-准格尔上输站的准格尔上输支线和汇能化工-汇能上输站的汇能上输支线。本工程共设工艺站场 25 座，其中包括 4 座压气站； 本工程全线共设线路截断阀室 84 座，其中监控阀室 56 座，监视阀室 28 座。全 线经过内蒙古、陕西、山西、河北、河南共 5 个省/自治区，14 地市（省直管县 市），38 个县区。

1）主干线 主干线起点为陕西省榆林市神木县耳林兔乡的神木首站，终点位于河北省沧 州市沧县的沧州末站，设计压力 12.0MPa，神木首站至安平分输清管站管道规格采用 D1219mm，线路长度为 761km。安平分输清管站至沧州末站管道规格采用 D914 mm，线路长度为 167km。主干线线路长度为 928km。

2）新蒙支干线 新蒙支干线宏观路由：由内蒙古鄂尔多斯市杭锦旗独贵塔拉工业园新蒙上输站起，经伊金霍洛旗-乌审旗，至陕西省榆林市神木县神木首站。新蒙支干线线路全长 252km，设计压力 12Mpa，管径为 D914，其中内蒙古自治区境内长 237km， 陕西省境内长 15km。

3）准格尔支干线 准格尔支干线宏观走向：由内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗大路镇工业园准格尔旗上输站起经伊金霍洛旗-陕西省榆林市神木县，至神木首站。准格尔支干线线路全长 247km，设计压力 12Mpa，管径为 D914，其中内蒙古自治区境内长 244km， 陕西省境内长 3km。

4）华星支干线 华星支干线宏观走向：由内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市鄂托克前旗华星上输站起， 经鄂尔多斯市乌审旗-陕西省榆林市神木县至神木首站。华星支干线线路全长 362km，设计压力 12Mpa，管径为 D1016，其中内蒙古自治区境内长 347km，陕西省境内长 15km。

5）濮阳支干线 濮阳支干线宏观走向：由河北省安平县安平分输清管站起经辛集市-冀州市 -南宫市-威县-临西县-邱县-馆陶县-大名县-河南省南乐县-清丰县-濮阳县，至 濮阳分输清管站（与新粤浙管道工程濮阳枢纽站合建）。 濮阳支干线线路全长 373km，设计压力 10Mpa，管径为 D1016，其中河北省境内长 305km，河南省境内长 68km。

6）保定支干线 保定支干线宏观走向：由河北省安平县安平分输清管站起经安国市-博野县 -清苑区，至保定分输清管站。保定支干线线路全长 70km，设计压力 10Mpa，管 径为 D1016，全部位于河北省境内。

Phase I Details

Phase I of the pipeline was announced operation in November 15, 2018. It includes a segment of the trunk pipeline from Shijiazhuang Luquan to Cangzhou, two branches and three connecting pipelines, totalling 675 kilometers. The pipeline's source is Tianjian LNG terminal imported LNG.

此次通气的一期工程是国家发展改革委、国家能源局督办的重点工程，包括主干线石家庄鹿泉—沧州段、濮阳支干线、保定支干线以及3条联通线，全长675公里，途经河北、河南共8市、23县区。为尽快实现供气，工期从两年多压缩到半年。
