Background

In 2013, PRTI founded and patented a thermal demanufacturing process that transforms tires into usable energy (gas, oil, and fuel) and steel. In partnership with Standard American Mining, PRTI developed a cryptocurrency mining facility in 2017 to utilize the energy (syngas) produced from the tire demanufacturing process. [1]Since then, the facility has come under the management of Miningstore, which operates it remotely from Texas. The facility exclusively mines Ethereum using 500 KW of power harnessed from a wind turbine that is propelled by the heat created from burning the syngas (methane) from PRTI's patented demanufacturing process. [2] PRTI has plans to expand the operation to have an 8-10 MW microgrid onsite. [3]
