Heidelberg Materials, via its subsidiary Indocement, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in PT Semen Grobogan's integrated cement plant[2]. As part of the company's global climate strategy, the plant will also develop a tailored CO2 roadmap for the reduction of carbon emissions[3].
