Background
Panjin–Jinzhou Oil Pipeline 辽宁锦联长输管道工程 (盘锦-锦州) spans Panshan County, Linghai City, and Jinzhou City in Panjin City. The project constructs three oil pipelines for crude oil, gasoline, and diesel. The crude oil pipeline is designed with a transportation capacity of 12 million tons per year, the gasoline pipeline with a capacity of 2 million tons per year, and the diesel pipeline with a capacity of 4 million tons per year. After achieving operational status, this project optimizes port resources.[3]
