Background
Philcement Corp signed a joint agreement with Anflo Group and investment company ANFLOCOR to build the plant in Davao. Philcement Corp will run the facility and owns 70% of the shares, while ANFLOCOR owns the remaining 30%[3]. The Phinma Corp invested about P2 billion for the new plant to further solidify its presence in the cement industry[4].
