Background
Santos became the operator of Pikka in 2021. Initially Oil Search (25.5%), Armstrong Oil and Gas (19.125%), GMT Exploration (6.375%), and Repsol (49%) owned the field.[7]
The project's lifespan is estimated at 30 years.[7]
