Podilskyi Cement Plant (АТ «Подільський цемент») is an integrated cement plant operating in Humentsi, Khmelnytska oblast, Ukraine.

Background
The CRH Group acquired Podilskyi plant in 1999. The plant started operations with a wet production process in 1970, peaking at 3.8 million tonnes of cement produced in 1988 with 6 production lines.[2] A dry process kiln started operations in 2011, with 7.5 kt/day of clinker production capacity.[3] It seems wet production kilns are no longer operating, unclear if they were shut down or mothballed.
