Primary Energy of North Carolina LLC provides electricity production and distribution services in North Carolina. In 2005, Primary Energy of North Carolina LLC became a subsidiary of Primary Energy Ventures LLC, which was acquired by EPCOR Power in 2006 and is now its subsidiary.[1]
