Qilu Works power station (齐鲁石化热电厂) is an operating power station of at least 190-megawatts (MW) in Sinopec Qilu plant, Linzi, Zibo, Shandong, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司1#-8#热电机组背压替代改造项目.

Background
The power station has a mix of operating, retired, and proposed capacity.[4]
120 MW of capacity was retired at the plant from 2018-2019.[5]
A 70 MW unit was reportedly started up in 1995.[6] Units 9-14 appear to be six units with 25 MW each.[7]
160 MW of new capacity was proposed at the station and appeared to be under pre-permit development.[8]
In June 2023, the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government approved the construction of a 3 x 80 MW expansion project.[9]
