Qujing power station (云南煤化工集团东源曲靖能源公司) is an operating power station of at least 1200-megawatts (MW) in Baishui, Zhanyi, Qujing, Yunnan, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 国投曲靖发电.

Background
Qujing power station is a four-unit coal-fired power station totaling 1,200 MW. It was commissioned in 1997-2004. The plant is majority-owned by Yunnan Coal Chemical Group.[3]
In 2025, the project began its development phase with feasibility study tenders and the selection of a design institute.[4] Later in 2025, various services like land pre‑examination and EIA reporting were tendered.[5]
By 2026, the project was included in Yunnan's major project list and received official approval from the provincial government in June.[6]
