The Rajnagar Coal Mines consists of Rajnagar opencast and Rajnagar underground coal mine projects operated by South Eastern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India, with a combined capacity of 2.55 million-tonnes-per-annum on an area of 1974.302 Ha is located in village Rajnagar, Tehsil Kotma, District Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Rajnagar Underground coal mine of capacity 0.85 MTPA on a lease area of 1848.112 Ha recieved its environment clearance on 24 May 2005 The Rajnagar Opencast coal mine of capacity 1.7 MTPA on a lease area of 727.134 Ha recieved its environment clearance on 9 May 2006
