Background

Ramco Cements began its journey in 1961 and over the decades have established five integrated cement plants and six cement grinding units.

Haridaspur Grinding Unit was commissioned in 2020. The unit is equipped with energy-efficient Vertical Roller Mills to produce various grades of cement products including OPC, PPC and PSC. The unit has been augmented from 0.90 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to 1.80 mtpa with the addition of the second production line, commissioned in 2024. The plant is equipped with its own railway sliding with wagon tippler for automatic unloading of raw materials.
