Ras Bakr-Ras Gharb-Asyut LPG Pipeline,خط رأس بكر- رأس غارب- أسيوط, is an operating LPG pipeline running from Ras Bakr to Asyut in Egypt.[1]
Location
The pipeline duplicates two sections of existing pipelines. The first section runs for 25 kilometers from Ras Bakr to Ras Gharb. The second section runs for 130 kilometers from the Khashm al-Raqaba area to Asyut.[1][2]

Background
The pipeline was built to expand the volume of butane transported to Upper Egypt from 2600 tons per day to 4000 tons per day. The project was completed by duplicating sections of existing butane pipelines, including the Ras Ghareb-Asyut LPG Pipeline.[2]
