Background

A 2015 Energy Oil & Gas Profile of VTTI stated it was considering building a 120 km pipeline called the "Rotan pipeline between Europe’s two largest ports in Rotterdam and Antwerp."

As of August 2021, no apparent progress has been made on this pipeline. Therefore, it is presumed to be cancelled.
