Coal Mine Background

Ruiguang Coal Mine is an integrated coal mine. The reconstruction and expansion began on May 1, 2010, and was put into trial production in August 2010. The production scale was expanded from 600,000 tons/year to 1.2 million tons/year.[2] In February 2013, the coal mine’s production capacity was approved at 1.8 million tons per year.[3]
