Background

The original pipeline was 90 miles with a transport capacity of 100,000 barrels per day.[1]

Expansion projects

Expansion

According to June 2020 data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the pipeline is a joint venture between Plains all American and Phillips 66, sometimes called "STACK JV". The expansion brought transport capacity up to 250,000 barrels per day from the original 100,000 barrels per day, and extended a portion of the pipeline for 35 miles in Oklahoma.[1]
