Background
In 2006, Punj Lloyd was awarded the contract for a a 252 km, 32 inch pipeline from Saih Rawl to Mukhaizna. The project intended to supply Occidental with gas for its enhanced oil recovery operations.[2][4]
It was complete in September 2009.[3]
