Background on Plant
A 100 MW anthracite coal-fired plant was originally proposed as part of the second phase of the Samcheok Green power station according to a 2008 investor news article.[1] However, as of 2014, plans for the Samcheok Green power station consisted of four 550 MW coal units.[2][3]
