Sawan–Lahore Gas Pipeline is an under construction gas pipeline running from Sawan, Sindh, to Lahore, Punjab.

Location

The pipeline starts at Sawan Gas Field in Sindh and reached Lahore, Punjab, via Qadirpur, Bhong, Uch Sharif, Multan, Sahiwal.

Background

Sawan-Lahore Gas Pipeline is one of the two portions of a proposed Karachi to Lahore gas pipeline project. The other portion, which has been constructed by Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), is 371km long and runs from Karachi to Sawan.
