Sawan–Lahore Gas Pipeline is an under construction gas pipeline running from Sawan, Sindh, to Lahore, Punjab[1][2][3][4][5].

The pipeline starts at Sawan Gas Field in Sindh and reached Lahore, Punjab, via Qadirpur, Bhong, Uch Sharif, Multan, Sahiwal[6][7].

Background

Sawan-Lahore Gas Pipeline is one of the two portions of a proposed Karachi to Lahore gas pipeline project. The other portion, which has been constructed by Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), is 371km long and runs from Karachi to Sawan[10][11].
