Financing Details
The project has an estimated cost of US$103.2 million and is believed to have recieved equity in the amount of US$31.09 million from the Bangladesh Power Development Board and US$25.5 million from the government of Bangladesh. It is also believed to have received a loan of US$46.6 million from Bank of China.[8]
