Background

The project contains 6 gas pipeline branches which are sourced Shaan-Jing Gas Pipeline 4. Four of them supply gas to all of the stadiums and other buildings where the Beijing Winter Olympics games was held in Zhangjiakou, Hebei on February 2022.

陕京四线天然气管道张家口市支线项目近日正式开工建设。项目建成后，供气可覆盖张家口所有冬奥会场馆，为北京冬奥会提供绿色能源。同时，当地可实现天然气“县县通”。据介绍，该项目总长173.7公里，由6条支线组成，沿线设置分输站场11座，设计年输气量32亿立方米，总投资12.6亿元。项目完成后，每日可实现向张家口地区输送近900万立方米天然气，惠及约22万户家庭，并实现天然气“县县通”。其中作为张家口“气代煤”工程的怀安支线、怀来支线、下花园（含涿鹿）支线、应张联络线等4条支线，计划今年10月具备投产条件。

为了推进北方地区冬季清洁取暖和保供冬奥会，国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司承建了陕京四线张家口市支线项目，其中，应张支线于10月23日建成投产，它的建成投产将为今冬明春天然气保供和北京冬奥会用气提供有力支持，对于践行“绿色办奥”理念具有重要意义。

另外，陕京四线张家口支线项目群的怀安支线和下花园支线分别于11月19日、20日通过公司组织的投产条件验收。

相关负责人介绍，该项目群总长度173.7公里，由6条支线组成，沿线设置分输站场11座，设计年输气量32亿立方米，每日可实现向张家口地区输送近900万立方米天然气，惠及张家口市约22万户家庭。6条支线中的应张支线、怀安支线、下花园支线和怀来支线4条支线的供气范围将覆盖冬奥会全部场馆，除了上述提到的3条支线外，怀来支线也将在冬奥会前建成投产，目前该支线的焊接工作已经完成。
