Background
The Shady Hills Combined Cycle Facility (SHCCF) will become a single shaft combined cycle power plant, powered by a GE combustion turbine generator. The project consists of construction and installation of a GE 7HA0.2 combustion turbine, heat recovery steam generator, duct burner, steam turbine and cooling tower.[7] The new facility will be located next to the existing Shady Hills Generating Station.
