府谷能源投资集团沙沟岔矿业有限公司（曾用名：陕西省府谷县沙沟岔煤矿） 是一座井工煤矿，位于陕西省榆林市府谷县新民镇沙沟岔。[15] 沙沟岔煤矿隶属于府谷能源投资集团沙沟岔矿业有限公司。1991年开始建设，2012年进行整合改造。[16]2018年4月竣工投产。矿井设计生产能力210万吨/年，服务年限38.9年。[17]2019年核定生产能力为210万吨/年。[18]

沙沟岔煤矿于1996年就开始非法生产，导致周边村庄的生态环境急剧恶化。[19]2015年3月24日，沙沟岔煤矿发生一起井下事故，1死2伤。事故发生后，该矿未向地方相关部门上报，而是与死者家属以180万元的赔偿私下了结。[20]
