Background
In May 2018, Shanying Mill received approval for a 130 MW CFB coal plant in Fengdu County, Chongqing Province.[1]
In 2020, the company name changed from Shanying Paper Chongqing Co. to Sichuan Shanying Paper Co. The location of the proposed coal plant subsequently changed from Chongqing to Sichuan. The proposal in Chongqing Province is therefore cancelled.
