Shaya Jinyuan Cogen power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW combined heat and power (CHP) supercritical coal plant planned for Xayar (Shayar) County in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

However, with no developments since 2011, the plant appears to be cancelled.
