Background
Shenzhen Energy Guangming Gas power station (深能光明燃机电厂) obtained approval from the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission on September 22, 2021. [14]It officially started construction in September 2021, with plans for it to be put into operation in 2024.[15]
