Shinkoto power station (東京二十三区清掃一部事務組合, 新江東清掃工場) is an operating power station of at least 50-megawatts (MW) in Tokyo, Japan. It is also known as Tokyo Twenty-three Wards Cleaning Office Association, Koutou, Koutou WTE 2, Koto power station, Shinkoto Incineration plant.
